Writer's Block

Merry (late) Christmas!

Happy writer's block!

Yes, I am dealing with writer's block.  It's been hanging on for about a month.  (which is why I haven't been posting new entries)

Part of the cause is NaNoWriMo.  After writing for a month nonstop, I am a little low on ideas.

The other cause is finals.  Yes, I hate them.  Nothing destroys creativity like reading and re-reading dry, boring textbooks...

I'm trying to put together my idea for ScriptFeenzy this April.  I hope this idea is as much fun to write as last April's Outspoken.

That's about it.  I hope to post more frequently now that the darn finals are done.

Catchup time

Well, it's almost November 28th.  Which means we have three days of NaNoWriMo left.  And I'm 20,000 words short. 

Well, it's crunch time!  Literally. 

I'm probably going to be writing 7000+ words a day between now and the 30th. 

Wait, why am I writing on my blog?  I should be writing in my novel.

Hello, all.

I'm Matthew, and this is my first post.

Welcome to my blog.

A little about me.  I'm a High School student in the United States.  I enjoy writing novels during National Novel Writing Month and screenplays during ScriptFrenzy.  I also edit Wikipedia, create 3d animations, and write computer programs.

A majority of the blog posts will be about NaNo and ScriptFrenzy.  But I'll also blog about my life in general.
